This is Raley’s store number 308. We bought the eight piece fried chicken deal and took it home to Manteca. We wanted to try this Raley’s fried chicken as we were in the area. This fried chicken was very very very salty I could barely eat it. I didn’t get to eat the order because it was too salty. I want my my money back For the wasted expense on this salty fried chicken thank you.

Why I no longer buy meat at Raleys Stateline Nevada

First of all I think the employees are great. In the meat case where you can buy Fish and other meats that the butcher will weigh and wrap for you. The case never changes. It has looked the same for years . It’s alway filled with wine when they can’t figure out what to put in the case. At Safeway they always have something different and fun to try for dinner. Again the help is great but it’s not a fun butcher counter to shop at. I would think with Whole Foods open you would get more creative.

also, the deli here in Oroville, is a joke ! 7 people there and there is always 20 people waiting....they are so damm slow and they just don't care....2 people maybe helping and the rest just stand around or go to the back room...I have watched, one worker helps someone and then they disappear to the the back room for several minutes !

its a damm sham ! I don't shop for the fresh deli because the min.

time is 20 minutes....you need to send a spy and find this out for your selfs ! this store needs attention !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, I always buy my weekly grocies at raleys in Oroville, Ca. I am totally ticked off ! I am a senior citizen as is most of this town...Why Why have you stopped letting them use red balloons for the mondays specials? I just got back from shopping there and I could have spent a lot more money if I could understand what was on sale. Fruits are always on sale on Monday but today was different...There was no sign, no special, no balloons...I pd 299 for 1 basket of raspberries..I had two baskets but contrary to the add, it was not on sale ! chicken frozen was on sale but I could not find it, no balloons ! I am so pissed off....we are a senior community, why why can't exceptions be made to your damm ways ! nothing that was on sale was marked ! I had high hopes, but sometimes there are balloons to help and sometimes there are not...what the *** is your problem,,,,,how much do the cheap balloons cost ! I am totally upset with you guys...and why why do I need to LOGIN to my raleys acct to see the specials? stupid stupid stupid.......just tell me the specials and put red balloons in your store ! i have talked to alot of shoppers and we are all MAD! until you help us seniors, I WILL NOT shop at raleys ! sincerely Sandra Salinas

Raleys Supermarket - Asparagus side dish in fresh vegetables
Very disappointed in fresh veg asparagus side dish. The asparagus in my portioned package should have been used for soup or thrown away. I have pictures. I had one small piece of the top part of a spear and maybe two tender pieces. The rest was not edible If you are going to sell this ready made veg side dish it should be quality. This was just as if you used all the tender top parts for some other dish and threw in the hard stalks that should be thrown out. Tough no flavor straw like. Shameful

Mugged In the Market

My phone and car keys alone plus had to have car towed home. replace smart keys and have programed is $530-00.

so far total cost 1000.00 not finished yet. By far the worst thing is how violated I feel. I'm 67 yr. old w/medical issues on fixed income.

This has devastated me I just want to stay in my rm.

and cry. I'm sure those 2 guys have no clue what they have done to my life.

I was inside Raleys market when 2 blk. guys attacked me from behind and stole my purse right out of my arms. several people witnessed this, and one of the raleys employees chased them out of the store.

As an employee Of Raley’s I just have to say we aren’t allowed to do anything about anything anymore without getting possibly fired. We can’t stop theft or even question anyone.

I’d suggest telling everyone you know to write your concerns about the lack of security and care for the customers safety, and employees. I’ve worked for Raley’s over 20 years and it’s just getting worse and worse.

I went to Raleys Supermarket at the Y South Lake Tahoe CA. I've gone to the sea food deli to get some shrimp and the past eight time I've gone to get it this man named Stephan has been very disrepectful to me and my family one time. I want to let everyone know to not go to the Raleys sea food deli until that rude man is either fired or put where there is no customer service and know one has to speak to that man. Please fix this issue.

Ripped off

To be charged a "pick fee" as well as a "delivery fee" to have groceries to be delivered is totally unacceptable.. Because of the extreme heat, I decided to have groceries delivered... %5.95 pick fee and $5.00 delivery fee...I've used Bel Air in the past and I was only charged a delivery fee...They've probably lost me as a customer.

Today I intended to buy a product, $1.99 each if one bought two, $2.99 if only one. There was only one on the shelf and no others in stock, but they refused to give me the sale price even though it clearly was advertised as such and they were unable to comply with their part of provided two of the items. They didn't care that I told them I will never shop in their store again as they were not respecting their discounted advertised price. Sarcastic

Pre-cooked tri-tip tough & over-seasoned

We just brought home a fresh cooked, right out of their oven, BBQ Tri-tip. Slicing it was difficult, even using a ceramic knife. Even cut to small bites 1/2 to 3/4 inch square and only 1/4 inch thick, it took 40 to 50 or more chews to completely chew each bite. The peppery seasoned coating completely overwhelmed the flavor of the beef (if it had actually ever had any taste of its own.) We had to wash the rest of the coating off, after which the meat still tasted like pepper, not beef. And it still took 40-50 chews. The price, at $12.99/lb for 2.01 lbs came to a total of $26.11. Was this meat intended to only be eaten after first running through a meat slicer set to paper-thin slices? I just called their service center and was told that Raley's does stand behind their products. Since it was "not up to my standards", we can return (the remainder) of it to the store and get a full refund. Kudos for their customer service, but their bbq tri-tip is now on our own "never again" list. At least we won't be out any money.

Your pharmacist (Michael) is the most problematic pharmacist I've ever known. He's constantly calling my doctor to question my prescriptions. They are always delayed. After shopping at your store for more than twenty years. I hate having to deal with him. Maybe it's time for a change!

Lazy cashier

I have come into raleys twice and the only cashier did not want to ring us up, she wanted us to use the self checkout. We do not like the self checkout. She doesn't smile, not friendly. What do you hire cashiers for when they tell you to use self checkout. My husband and I got charged $3.75 extra on our debit card for we don't know what. Not sure I want to shop here anymore, it's getting awful.

Rude cashier

Operator No. 521064 at the Folsom Boulevard Raley’s is just awful! I have been through her line several times, and she is not at all friendly; in fact, she seems to go out of her way to be rude. She forgot to ring up an item that the bagging person found in my cart. When he brought it to her attention, I was wondering if it hadn’t already been rung up. She did not even check, just said, “It was in your cart. If it is your item, I have to ring it up.” I know that does not sound too bad, but it was the way she said it, just snotty and rude, almost like she was saying I was trying to get something for free! If I ever shop at this location again, which, quite frankly, I am now going to try to avoid doing altogether,I will not stand in her checkout line; just do not need the attitude.

I found that the yogurt I was about to buy was outdated. I told the dairy person and he said, "Just grab one from the back (of the yogurts) for a later date." Yeah, so the next customer takes home outdated yogurt.

The butcher was extremely rude when I asked about ground turkey having E coli issues. He showed me a packaged ground turkey they carried and said there's was not a problem. It turned out it was that brand that had the turkey issues. Raley's is not stocked like it used to be.

The meat and produce that they used to be famous for is no longer there. I think Tom Raley would turn in his grave.
