I'm a very busy person, I'm not one to stop and Pat somebody on the back and Shout it from the rooftops whatever they're giving decent customer service they should they're in that line of work, then they should have decent, if not good, if not great. But I have to tell you for me to take time out of my day to email you about your incredible new I believe a manager, named Nicole at my store on Robb Drive.

And I do believe her name is Nicole I want to make sure she's the girl with the long like dreadlocks. I did see her at another store on Mayberry when I took my mother shopping he caught my eye because she was so friendly and laughing and having fun with her co-workers, I thought how nice and then as we were leaving I watched her walk a lady to her car and unload her groceries for her and I think she was a manager there too. I took note and thought I'm glad my mom shops at a place where they still do this. But seeing her at my store on Rob I made sure I watched her interaction with her co-workers and her customers, what a shining star you have I'm not sure if she came from the other store or she was helping at the other store for the day, but ever her reason for being there I'm just glad she's here at my store now to just brightens my day the second I see her because I Witness with my own eyes there are still people who genuinely care about their customers and their well-being.

Not just another dollar in their pocket or another dollar in corporate pocket but actual caring and kindness which this world so need these days. So thank you so much for bringing an exceptional girl to my neck of the woods please let her know that she affects people and we're happy she's here.

Poor customer service

I am unable to upload the Raleys digital coupons. I have tried to do it. People at the store have tried with no success. When I called customer support I was told it was my internet providers problem. That doesnt make any sense. I was also told by customer support if I cant upload the coupon thats just too bad for me I wont get the deals offered. Thats called no service.

Pet policy

Hi There

I am raleys customer, today i am very shocked and upset because i see a pet (dog) inside the shopping cart with no pad no protection, i addressed this issue to store management and they said they cant do anything, i am not saying they should ask if it a service animal or not.

All my concern is that why a pet was in inside the shopping cart? I dont see anyone wiping carts after covid

Customers use those carts without knowing that a pet who might has rabbies or saliva dropping on carts.

Customer dont bring bag and put directly items in the carts. It is so unhygienic we are using carts licked by a dog and his private body parts Touching to the cart

Store located at 4255 e morada lane

Stockton incident date 23 rd june around 3.30pm

Pets should not be allowed inside the shopping cart, only if they are in the bag.

No customer service

On hold for help with customer service, then the call is ended. The live chat says wait for someone to come on and no one does. My profile is updated but the phone number is not recognized at the check-out. Is Nob Hill/Raley's having some internal personnel problems! Sure seems like it.

Ive started shopping at Nobhill in Capitola a couple months ago. Far superior to Aptos Safeway. Produce is much better, much fresher than Deluxe in Aptos. Customers seem much happier. The real reason Im sending this email is to compliment Mr. Steven Ross, store #615. A very social, kind human. Your manager at this location seems to be good to his employees. Bad advertising

Would very much like to know why every week you advertise on your Monday $5 ad items that are never in stock. Every week we order products and every week there are items that are not available. This week its the Simply Potatoes, all kinds. Yea you are going to say they sold out. NO! We ordered at 8:30 am. This borders on false advertising to knowing put items in an ad you know are not in stock. If it was only a once and a while thing maybe but its every single week at the Oroville store.

Ylmy shopper yelled at by meat department employee about getting more than 3 chickend

I sent my shopper to get me chicken for the month. I am a disable senior. I can only afford to send her twice a month. She got yelled at by meat department person because she was getting more than 3. They was no sign saying 3 limite on chicken. I was on phone with her I could hear him very unprofessional.

Product dissatisfaction

I just purchased 2 quarts of Chobani half and half that is unusable. The label says it only contains milk and cream but it has a strong chemical flavor that neither my husband or I can tolerate. We both had to discard our coffee. Never experienced this with any brand before. I would like to return, with my receipt, for a refund.

Horrible Deli Food

If wait before thanksgiving I ordered some sides from the Raley's deli that was advertised along with the thanksgiving dinner's. I went On the 24th to my local store In Oroville to pick up my items.

It seems that the deli clerk didn't know how to find the orders. So it took some time to get my bag. When They gave me my bag I was shocked at what I was receiving.I had ordered the special cranberry gel,Turkey gravy,Dressing, and roles.In the bag there was 1 cup of uncooked dressing 1/3 cup Cranberry sauce/pieces of berries and approximately 2 cups of gravy. I asked if this was what $28 purchased these days & the young man just shrugged his shoulders.

When I got home I took another look at the items in my bag and decided I better taste a couple of them to see if they were even worth serving with my turkey dinner.

It did not look good. Upon testing the cranberries,They were sickening sweet and sour And the Consistency was like curdle jello. The gravy had so much salt I And tasted nothing like turkey gravy, threw it out! The dressing tasted like soggy bread.I haven't even opened the rolls.Thank goodness I had the ingredients to go ahead and at the last minute franically put together real dressing, gravy, pulled out a couple of cans of Ocean Spray cranberries juat Minutes before my guest arrived.

The quantity of the product that I received would not have fed to grown adults. I will never order from raley's again in fact with all the new young help that Miss charge for everything I may not even go to raily's anymore in Orville. I really frequent it as it were because They do not carry some of the products that I purchased on a regular basis, their pricing is through the ceiling, and 90% of the clerks there are jerks. I have also purchased very expensive cuts of meat and other products that went I went to use them a day or 2 later were spoiled or rotten.

Due to the miles that I have to drive down the Mountain to get my refunds, I did not take any products back. It is a crying shame that this particular Raley's is so awful.

I quite frequently shopped at Raley's in the Bay Area dor many yeara. My favorite is Bel Air.Markets.

Not enough employees to help customers!

I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I was never concerned about the prices because the customer service was always top notch! Now it seems raleys is more concerned about cutting labor than taking care of the ones who keep providing corporate fat cats with a bonus! One would think paying minimum wage to keep the shelves full is a better idea than losing loyal customers to Safeway ! What happened to the customer comes first?

We want to compliment Daniel at the Manteca Raleys store. He was very helpful and made my experience shopping at the Manteca store very nice. He went to found something I was looking for. I am currently disabled and have to use the riding scooter to shop. Thank you for a great experience at that store.

Terrible rude service

Last week I found a different size product than this week in a different area of the store. I wanted that larger size and inquired about it from two different teammates. The first one flat out said no with no offer of assistance. So I decided to ask the checker. Desi Face told me to wait a minute while she finished checking out a customer. Then she asked me what I wanted I told her, she said,I dont know go ask her, pointing.There was another employee in line so I asked her. Desi said, no her and pointed over to the doors. Then she explained that all the product was in one place for which I was looking for, and that is not true there Is merchandising all over the store. I will not be back to this location even though it is more convenient is the second time I have had rude service.
